ABOUT

Hello there! I am Colette.  The thing I value most in people is their transparency.  I love working with clients who have designed their wedding to reflect themselves and center on their values and favorite things together; not just traditional obligations.  If this resonates with you, I’d love to work with you!

If you are always real and true to yourself, then I think we would make quite the team.  As an artist, I crave to create a meaningful product.  Having a sense of purpose to inspire others has always been a major contributor to my creativity. Therefore inspiring others is one of my life goals. I strive to find raw instinctual moments. The undeniable realness fuels me creatively, and I love to find beauty in everything.

A photo can evoke emotions we can not control or expect. I became a photographer to make this moving and creative connection real for others.

I can’t wait to hear from you –

THE DAILY

Colette currently lives on the east coast and is a military wife to her best friend of 13 years.  In her free time, she is a thrifting flea market junky, one pot meal enthusiast, green thumbed, DIYer, seamstress, leather boot obsessed, snow skier mother to 4 boys, and 1 labradoodle.

On her off days you can typically find Colette driving her old land cruiser, (thanks to her husband) wearing the same ripped jeans, no make up, wild hair, covered in paint or with a cocktail in hand.

She loves to entertain, curate and decorate, but her favorite thing to do is discuss goals and dreams with her husband while watching the kids play on their acreage. Colette loves making clients feel empowered, and open their views to the stories she tells through photography. She additionally has a competitive streak, and enjoys cheering for her boys at their lacrosse games, camp as a family, pj kitchen dance parties, and getting her hands dirty in home renovations.
